The rooms
Eight rooms to disappear into.
Most hotel rooms are built for passing through. Ours are built for staying put — for the long bath, the unhurried book, the nap you didn't plan. Five rooms fill the second floor of the historic main house; three more wait in the carriage house, a step further from the world. No two are alike. All of them are still.
Every room has been completely restored around its antique bones — four-poster beds, claw-foot and whirlpool tubs, balconies over the tree-lined streets of Irvington — and every one comes with a private bath, air conditioning, house robes, Molton Brown bath products, and a breakfast curated especially for you. Once you book, we'll reach out and put together the best of Portland's flavors for your mornings. WiFi is there if you want it. We won't be offended if you don't.
Main house
The grand rooms, full of light and history.
Five rooms on the second floor of the historic mansion — sunlit corners, private balconies, and mornings that begin with a breakfast curated just for you, waiting downstairs.
Carriage house
Tucked away, private, and especially still.
Behind the main house, the carriage house keeps its own slower time — three rooms, three private baths, and the deepest quiet on the property.
Whichever room you choose, the quiet comes with it.
Pick your dates, pick your room, and leave the rest here.
